This Privacy Policy explains how Sprout (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Truewick (the “Service”).

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information (e.g., email, authentication identifiers).
• Usage information (e.g., pages viewed, feature interactions, device/browser details).
• Content you provide (e.g., pitch text, settings, saved items).
• Payment and billing metadata if you purchase a plan (processed by our payment provider; we don’t store full card details).

• To authenticate users and prevent fraud/abuse.
• To personalize features (e.g., saved history, dashboard views).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions (if applicable).

For product analytics we use PostHog, processed in the United States. We record which pages you visit and which features you use — for example that an evaluation was started, which industry you selected, and the score it produced.

We never send your idea to our analytics provider. The text you write describing your idea, your target market, and how you are different stays in your account. The same applies to your messages to the copilot and anything you type into the waitlist form. We do not use session recording, and we do not automatically capture the contents of what you type.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (such as security, audits, and dispute resolution). You may request deletion where applicable.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@sprout.example.

8. International Transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where our systems operate, your information may be transferred and processed in other countries. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.
